Settling-in

We understand that as a parent,

starting nursery for your child can be challenging and sometimes an emotional time. At Little Life Nursery, we have introduced a dedicated policy to make the process lenient and easy-going.

Welcome to Your Second Home!

We welcome parents to attend the nursery with their little one, this step is crucial for the child to get used to the new environment and surrounding. Your child will interact with other children and build a great sense of confidence amongst his classmates; he’ll also be familiarised with his key-carer and the nursery’s activities.

Meet TheTeam

Parents will have the opportunity to meet the team and get introduced to the key-carer dedicated to look after the child throughout his development in the nursery. You’ll be given the chance to accompany your little one throughout the activities of the day and get a feel on what it’s like spending a fruitful day at Little Life Nursery.

Gradually Prolonged Sessions

Taking slow steps in achieving a comfortable settling-in for your child is crucial. That’s why we adopt a gradual-settling-in policy. You will be given the option to accompany your child with a series of short sessions, each time leaving your child for slightly longer as they build their confidence that’s until they’re ready to start. Moreover, both you and your child can take as long as you need in the settling in process.

Understanding Your Child More

Your dedicated key-carer will be assigned to look after your child, monitor his performance and keep-an-eye on his development. Therefore, the key-carer will work in partnership with yourself to ensure your overall journey is constructive from the start. They’ll be keen to get to know your child, as a parent you’ll be able to help the key-carer find out more about your child’s distinctive schedules, the people who are dear to them, their likes and dislikes, and any other essential information.
